Our Sample Stage Process

Here is a step by step stage process on the sampling process.

We first take information on what kind of part it is, what is the application, what kind of volumes do you require for this product and what kind of issues are you curren

1 Stage

On receiving the sample, our engineering team firstly constructs a detailed drawing for your sample. We then analyze the sample for its chemical and mechanical properties. This gives us detailed information on the material used and the processes carried out to manufacture the product. If the product requires any specific testing or has to conform to certain quality standards then we make sure that we undergo similar testing and adhere to the guidelines in regards to the quality standard required.

3 Stage

Once we get your feedback on the sample and if no changes are required we then go ahead with the first batch of production. If any changes are required we again send you a counter sample for your approval until your quality or your customers are satisfied.

Stage

Once we get all this information, our engineering team reviews it and approves it after which you can then send the sample or samples to our marketing team in North Carolina. The address has been given above. In some circumstances we dont approve the product depending on the nature of the product and volume required.

2 Stage

We then share this information with you along with a quote and MOQ for the product and once you approve this we then produce a counter sample for the product which we send to you so you can check this on your end and test the product for its performance and other parameters. You can even ask for a few samples if need be if you want to test multiple products at the same time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for anything?

You only need to send the samples to our marketing address given above preferably via courier. This is a minimal cost that you shall incur, rest we handle everything.

Do I get a counter sample before I place my order?

Yes, if we have agreed on the price and quantity, we will get the counter sample made and we send that to you first and get your final approval; before we begin the actual production of the product.

Do I get my sample back?

Yes, whatever the outcome, it is our responsibility to give you your sample back so please be rest assured. Sometimes we cut the sample to test the chemical and mechanical properties of the sample but we will take your permission before we do that in which case we won’t be able to return your sample.

What kind of samples can I send?

We work with steel, brass, aluminum, copper, rubber, plastic and many different product categories. We have reverse engineered even the most complex products so we are confident that we can work on any sample as long as its reasonable volume to justify the mould charges.

Do I need to order large volumes?

No you don't need very big volumes for any product and even small volumes are ok for us but that depends on the product. Hence if you are unsure about this then before sending the sample send us a picture and proposed volume for the product to get our final go ahead from us.

What is an average time period to get the first counter sample?

We generally get a quote within 3-4 weeks of you sending the sample and the production of the counter sample can take another 4-6 weeks.
